Applications

IN THE MASS

EUROPAL HA LIQUID should be added where the stock is vigorously agitated. For discontinuous addition,e.g.in the pulper or mixing chest, prior dilution of Europal HA Liq. is necessary. It is advisable to prepare a highly dilute Europal HA Liq. solution and to add it slowly to prevent motting.Generally 0.25% to 0.4% Europal HA Liq. to the weight of dry pulp is sufficient for the medium degree of whiteness. However in special cases Europal HA Liq. upto 0.8% 0f the weight of dry pulp can be used to get very high degree of whitness. To obtain the highest yield with Europal HA Liq. we recommend that the additions should be made in the following order:

  • PULP
  • FILLERS
  • EUROPAL HA LIQUID
  • ROSIN SIZE
  • SHADING DYESTUFF
  • ALUM.

Note:

  • Use of cationic auxiliaries is not desirable as these may get precipitated with the anionic fluorscent brightener.
  • Use of chelating agents such as E.D.T.A (0.2gm/ltr) is suggested to prevent interference due to heavy metal ion such as Copper,Iron and Zinc.

High-Performance Enzymatic Preparation

Textile Enzymes offer a sophisticated blend of cellulase, amylase, and pectinase, providing efficient removal of impurities during textile processing. The optimized enzyme activity, together with its ideal pH range, enhances bio-polishing, desizing, and scouring outcomes, delivering superior cleaning and finishing without harsh chemicals. This eco-friendly solution ensures fabrics maintain a refined texture, improved softness, and vibrant appearance.

Usage and Application Methods

This liquid enzyme preparation is designed for seamless integration into textile production workflows. It can be applied through dilution in water, padding, exhaust, or continuous processing methods. The recommended dosage is 12% based on the fabrics weight, which is adjustable according to specific process requirements. Its complete water solubility and compatibility with most textile auxiliaries allow for flexible, efficient, and straightforward use.

Safe and Sustainable Advantages

Developed from microbial fermentation, textile enzymes are fully biodegradable and non-toxic, ensuring worker safety and minimal environmental impact. The product has a mild fermentation odor and is packaged in sturdy 25 kg or 50 kg plastic drums. Maintained under cool, dry storage away from direct sunlight, it retains high purity and efficacy for up to 12 months, supporting sustainable textile manufacturing practices.

FAQs of Textile Enzymes:

Q: How should Textile Enzymes be applied during textile processing?

A: Textile Enzymes should be diluted in water and can be administered using padding, exhaust, or continuous process methods. The recommended dosage is 12% based on the weight of the fabric, and it can be adjusted depending on the specific requirements of the process.

Q: What types of textiles and processes are these enzymes suitable for?

A: These enzymes are ideal for a variety of textile materials and are mainly used for bio-polishing, desizing, and scouring. Their compatibility with most textile auxiliaries allows for versatile application across different fabric types and finishing operations.

Q: When is the optimal pH range for using Textile Enzymes?

A: The best results are achieved when these enzymes operate within a pH range of 5.0 to 7.0. This range ensures high enzymatic activity, facilitating effective cleansing and finishing in textile processing.

Q: Where should Textile Enzymes be stored to maintain their quality?

A: Textile Enzymes should be stored in a cool and dry place, protected from direct sunlight. Proper storage helps maintain shelf life and potency, ensuring reliable performance for up to 12 months.

Q: What are the benefits of using Textile Enzymes in fabric finishing?

A: The use of Textile Enzymes enables efficient removal of impurities, enhances fabric softness, quality, and appearance, and supports eco-friendly processing through their non-toxic and biodegradable nature.

Q: Are Textile Enzymes compatible with other textile processing chemicals?

A: Yes, Textile Enzymes are formulated to be compatible with most textile auxiliaries, allowing them to be used alongside existing chemical agents without compromising efficiency.

Q: What is the recommended packaging size for Textile Enzymes, and how should they be handled?

A: Textile Enzymes are available in 25 kg and 50 kg plastic drums. Both sizes are designed for safe handling and transportation; ensure containers are sealed tightly and stored as directed to preserve product integrity.
